Thirty days, no drama. If a tool is not what you hoped, send it back. Here is exactly how it works.
The rules
- You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. No restocking fee.
- The tool must come back complete — everything that was in the box, in the box. Light use is fine; we sell tools, not ornaments.
- Change-of-mind returns: you cover the return postage. Get a tracked service — if it goes missing on the way back, the carrier answers to you.
- Faulty or wrong item: we cover return postage, and you choose replacement or refund. That one is on us.
How to start a return
Email muhammadbilal82230@gmail.com with your order number and a line on what is wrong. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. No forms, no phone trees.
Refund timing
We refund to your original payment method within 3 working days of the tool arriving back. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
