Cheap Sheep (“we”) runs this store. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we collect what a shop needs to sell you a tool, and nothing we don’t.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and what you bought. We need these to fulfil the order and handle returns.
- Accounts: if you create one, we store your login email and encrypted password, your saved addresses, and your order history.
- Contact form: your name, email, message, and the sending IP address (kept for spam prevention).
- Cookies: the minimum WooCommerce needs to remember your cart and login session. We do not run advertising trackers.
What we do with it
Fulfil orders, answer your messages, and keep the store secure (failed login attempts are rate-limited by IP). Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never touch our server. We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the carrier who delivers your parcel.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Contact messages are deleted once resolved. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email muhammadbilal82230@gmail.com and we will sort it within one business day — same promise as everything else.
